I am planning my first cruise and my first trip to Hawaii. I found this book to be extremely useful. The information is well organized and complete. The pictures and maps are good. The information about every port and possible tours available is great. Overall I found this book to be quite helpful.

This book gives you a better perspective than a normal guide book on the Islands. Such as whether you will be docking or tendering. What to expect when you disembark from the ship in each stop,from transportation to tours. Very informative!

It has a lot of useful information

The book is very colorful and helpful for us to prepare for our upcoming cruise. It arrived in a timely fashion. Very satisfied.

I bought several travel guides prior to our cruise to Hawaii, and while this one was ok, others were more comprehensive. This did not really contain any new or different info about the islands, and was a bit too generic regarding the various cruise line options.

Highly recommended for its great in-depth writing on all aspects of cruising pre and post, amazing photos, maps and comprehensive island recommendations and history.Plan on donating my copy to my local library after my upcoming cruise.

Good book to give you an overview of what it is like to cruise, for me the first time. Also has a lot of information about the islands etc.

I purchased this book several years ago before going to Hawaii in 2008. Best book on cruising Hawaii and I researched this trip for several years. Very informative on every port you visit in Hawaii. Great photos, great info on every port...thoroughly enjoyed reading every page of this book. It highlights all the great things to see and do in Hawaii!
